2. Visiting the website
When you open the website, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server of our hosting provider, for example your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. This information is needed to deliver the website and to keep it secure. It is not used to identify you and is deleted after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
3. No cookies, tracking or advertising
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. The fonts are stored on our own server, so no connection to font services such as Google Fonts is made.
If you choose a language, this choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the website opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
4. Contacting us
You can contact us by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal. We use the information you send us, such as your name, phone number, email address and message, only to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.
WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal are services of other companies; their own privacy policies apply when you use them. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta, and data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU, including in the USA.
5. Quotes, property enquiries and waiting lists
The buttons "Request a quote", "Enquire about a property" and "Be the first to know" open WhatsApp with a prepared message to our Swiss number. For the waiting lists of Project H and Project A you enter your name, phone number and email address; the website only puts them into that message. Nothing is stored on the website or sent to us until you send the message yourself in WhatsApp.
We use these details only to contact you about the request or the project you chose. We keep them until the project has launched and we have informed you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to Instagram and to printaro.gr. When you follow these links, the respective provider processes your data under its own privacy policy. Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
7. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example our hosting and messaging providers), or with authorities if the law requires it. Where data is processed in a country without adequate data protection, this is done on the basis of recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here or as long as we are required to by law (for example, business records for up to ten years under Swiss law).
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time which personal data we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. You can also object to its processing, restrict it and, where the GDPR applies, receive your data in a common format. Please write to .
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country, in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
10. Security
The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
11. Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
